Wall Street tumbles toward worst week since early December

NEW YORK (AP) — Stocks are tumbling on Wall Street Friday as dispiriting evidence keeps piling up to show inflation isn’t cooling as quickly as hoped. The S&P 500 was 1.6% lower in morning trading and on track for its worst week since early December.
